Overview

Atlas Network (“we”, “our”, or “the application”) is a private content-operations platform used to plan, produce, review, and publish videos to a family of YouTube channels owned or managed by its operator. This policy explains what data we access, how we use it, and how it is protected.

Data we access through Google & YouTube APIs

When you connect a YouTube channel using Google sign-in, you grant the application permission to:

  • Upload and manage videos on the connected channel (youtube.upload).
  • Read channel details and content metadata (youtube.readonly).
  • Read channel performance and revenue analytics (yt-analytics.readonly, yt-analytics-monetary.readonly).

We access this data only to display it in the operator dashboard and to publish content that the operator has scheduled or approved.

How we store and protect data

Authorization tokens are stored securely on our server and are never exposed to the browser or to third parties. Tokens are used solely to make authorized requests to Google/YouTube on the connected channel’s behalf. We retain them only while the channel remains connected.

Limited Use disclosure

Atlas Network’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or share it except as needed to provide the application’s core functionality.

Revoking access

You can disconnect a channel at any time from the dashboard’s YouTube Publishing panel, which deletes the stored authorization. You may also revoke access directly from your Google Account permissions page.
