1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Atlas Network (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Atlas Network is a web application that helps authorized operators plan, produce, review, and publish video content across YouTube channels they own. The Service provides a production pipeline dashboard, YouTube channel integration via Google OAuth, and analytics reporting.
3. Accounts and Access
Access to the Service requires an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. YouTube API Services
The Service uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Our use of data received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Permitted Use
You may use the Service only for its intended purpose: managing video content production and publishing for YouTube channels you are authorized to operate. You may not use the Service to violate any law, infringe on others' rights, or interfere with the Service's operation.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code of the Service are owned by Atlas Network. You retain ownership of any video content you create and publish through the Service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason. You may stop using the Service and disconnect your YouTube channels at any time.
10. Revoking YouTube Access
You can disconnect your YouTube channel from Atlas Network at any time using the dashboard, or by visiting your Google Account permissions and removing Atlas Network from the list of connected apps.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
